I started in the industry in 2016 whilst I was very active competing in bodybuilding and athletics. In my transition from athlete to therapist I have had a lot of experience as a patient in finding that perfect synergy between therapy and recovery. It is now one of my assets. My approach is effective and results are fast.
I have an extensive CV volunteering at major events in the athletic and in the games world. Over the last few years I have worked in areas of massage therapy like neurology through a hospital setting, MVA, pain management, sports injury clinics and spas alongside great professionals that have taught me a lot. My treatments are all unique according to what you feel today and your goals.
Your treatment goals are important to me and as a therapist one of my goals for client's is to help you reach a "maintenance" level. What does that mean? It means the point where our treatments are focused on preventative therapy rather than management. Far too often I see patients that have not received proper or enough care during their treatment plan. Massage Therapy can be a great way to speed up current treatment plans and can maximize your benefits or as a stand-alone service. It's what works for you.
