If you're interested in improving the overall health and wellbeing of your workforce, then you may want to consider developing a company-wide RMT program. Besides maximizing employee benefits here are the top 5 reasons why you should hire me to help.
By helping your employees develop healthy habits, you help them avoid health complications that can lead to chronic disease and mental health issues, reducing the risk of long-term health problems and helping them feel more energized and happy throughout their work days.
While stress does occur in the workplace, a RMT wellness program can help to reduce or eliminate prolonged physical and mental stress which reduces productivity and can leads to unnecessary absenteeism from sickness. By creating a RMT wellness program that's focused on reducing stress in the workplace, you can improve your team's performance and employee retention.
Besides salary, prospective employees are also interested in seeing what other benefits a company has to offer employees. Research shows that many job candidates include wellness programs on the list of benefits that are extremely important to them. Some examples of wellness benefits that companies offer include:
Back until the 1970s, employee wellness programs did not exist.
First employee wellness programs started out as employee perks at large corporations. However, these programs started receiving a lot of attention and quickly became a prominent workplace trend, even among mid-sized and smaller companies.
Today, employee wellness programs are more popular than ever. According to research conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management, 75% of employers indicated that their companies offered some type of a wellness program, resource or service to employees.
According to the AFLAC Workforce Report, employees who took part in a workplace wellness program are more satisfied with their jobs than those who don’t partake.
Let's face it taking a 20 min break to get a RMT treatment is fun, engaging, and breaks up the monotony. Laughter reduces the level of stress hormones like cortisol, epinephrine (adrenaline), dopamine, and growth hormone. It also increases the level of health-enhancing hormones, like endorphins. Laughter increases the number of antibody-producing cells we have working for us and enhances the effectiveness of T cells. :) Plus I'm amazing and fun.
